T1 internet service providers are various providers who offer to other businesses access to T1 internet lines. Some people might call them "brokers" and some of the smaller ones could be called that since they do not own the T1 connections or lines themselves while larger companies are owners of their own T1 line and sell access to these lines to other companies as well as businesses and people.
