Should I setup a reseller account for my clients websites or just use a shared hosting account and give them each dedicated IP's?

It seems the shared option is much more profitable, so I'm thinking I must be missing something here. HG for example has a base reseller plan for $25 / month and not unlimited.

If I sign up with a business plan for $10 a month bandwidth, domains, space all unlimited.

Any thoughts here?
